After you launch the app for the first time, you will need to Register. You can either create a new account or use an existing Google, Microsoft, Facebook, Apple or Seznam account if you don't want to memorise another password.

After successfully logging into your SEJF 2.0 account, you must grant consent to the SEJF 2.0 Terms and Conditions. You will then have the option to turn on notifications and alerts and allow the app access to your location. It will also ask you to choose your preferred app use and preferred payment method.

All permissions and consents can be later adjusted or withdrawn in Settings, apart from the consent to Terms and Conditions.

If the SEJF 2.0 app finds that a user has an existing account in the previous SEJF system, the SEJF 2.0 app will give them the option to delete the account and transfer the account's remaining balance to the user's bank account.

If you decide to close the account, all you have to do is confirm your choice in the SEJF 2.0 app.

If you choose not to transfer funds during the app's first launch, you can transfer the remaining balance later in Settings.

We recommend saving your card information if you want to pay for transport, parking or entry tickets with the SEJF app. It will make your purchases more straightforward, as they will then require just a few taps. Your card will be stored on a secure payment gateway of the ČSOB bank.

In the app, go to Settings and choose Payment methods. Select "Add payment card". The app will then verify the payment card by deducting CZK 1 from the account linked to the registered card, and this amount will be promptly refunded.

You can manage your remembered cards and preferred payment methods in Settings under Payment methods.

Choose the card you want to manage and tap on the 3 dots next to the card’s description. In the displayed Card details tab, tap the red “Delete” button in the top right corner and confirm your choice.

Choose the card you want to name or re-name and tap on the 3 dots next to the card's description. In the displayed Card details tab, tap the Card label (name), make the desired modification and save the changes with the appropriate button.

Check that you have enabled internet payments on your payment card and that you have a sufficient unused limit on it. For more information or assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

If the parking/transport/entry tickets were paid for using a payment method other than SMS and are therefore saved in the app, you can obtain the receipt in Ticket detail. You can find a list of active and expired parking/transport/entry tickets in Settings under Parking/Transport/Entry Tickets, option Parking/Transport/Entry Tickets. There, you can search for purchased parking/transport/entry tickets and display their details by tapping on them.

You can also download the receipt to your phone and share it via apps or e-mail.

If you paid through an SMS, you can obtain a parking ticket receipt on www.parkovacilistek.cz and a transport ticket receipt on the website of the appropriate transport company.
